Absolutely not. While this training is pitched to practicing lawyers, everyone from junior to senior will get practical learnings from it. All mistakes are absolutely welcome!

There is a lunch break from 1 - 2pm. There are cafes near by where you can buy lunch, or you can bring your own.

Two weeks before the workshop, I will be in contact with you to provide you with the reading and materials for the mock trial and your role in it. You will have access to the materials on an ongoing basis.

No, this workshops is for all barristers and solicitors who do legal work that involves police powers. While it is pitched at lawyers who work in criminal proceedings, it has been valuable for lawyers who engage in civil litigation, family violence, inquests and discrimination work. So far over 250 private lawyers, CLC, VLA, VALS lawyers and barristers have attended.

Yes! While the workshop is pitched at Victorian lawyers, it contains concepts that are applicable across Australia. You will need to come to Melbourne as it is a face to face workshop.
